Guidelines (in progress)
1. What is RBA week?
RBA Week is a fan-organized even to celebrate the characters Reiner Braun, Bertolt Hoover, and Annie Leonhart from the anime/manga Attack on Titan as a trio. Do you see them as comrades? Friends? Lovers? All of them at the same time? Whatever you see the three of them as, we invite you to join the event as a creator to celebrate these amazing characters.
2. How can I portray RBA?
However you want.
We ran a few polls a while back to see what people were interested in seeing, so we do have a few ground rules:
- All members of RBA (Reiner, Bertolt, and Annie) must be present in your submission. It's okay if you want the main focus to be on two or one of them, but the other(s) must still be present.
- Romance (polyamorous RBA) is allowed and encouraged.
- Romance between two members of RBA (Reiner x Bertolt, Annie x Bertolt, Annie x Reiner) is allowed, but we encourage not to make this the focus. There are already Reibert Week and Beruani Week being organized (let us know if there is ever a Reiani week so we can add it), if you would like to focus on the relationship of two specific members of RBA. It is okay to present it casually (for example, Annie referencing Reiner and Bertolt dating in your fanfic).
- Romance between a member of RBA and another person is not allowed.
3. What types of works can be submitted?
All types of fan content will be accepted. This means fanart, fanfiction (in any language), edits, fancams, cosplay, crafts, recipes, and more.
There are no standards for what can be submitted. That means you don’t have to be a professional or experienced artist, all skill levels are accepted.
There is also no expectations on what medium or how finished is a fanart or comic. Fully colored illustrations, sketches, black-and-white, digital or traditional art, drabbles, a single chapter of a fanfiction that will be updated in the future; they are all valid and welcome.
Note: If you do edits, video edits, fancams, etc. please do not use other people’s fanarts unless they have given you written permission to use it.
